OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell products and services to potential and existing customers

  • Serve as the primary point of contact of customers for the delivery of the service sold

  • Address customer concerns via phone and/or email

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 month experience in customer service or technical support in a BPO setup

  • Willing to work in the night shift with flexible schedule

  • Willing to work on an ONSITE set-up

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the field of Sales and Telemarketing in a BPO setup

  • Upselling experience - Telco Account

  • Proficient in Client Conflict Management

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer needs

  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation

  • Team player mentality

  • Knowledge in Search Engine Optimization
