Qualifications:

At least 5 years’ sales experience in a call center environment is required

At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Supervisor role or a similar leadership position in a sales environment

Sales Supervisor with proven experience in outbound sales and team leadership

Ability to coach and develop team members

Good technical skills in the use of Excel and CRM tools, Canva, Microsoft tools

Preferably holds a college degree, but qualified undergraduate candidates are also encouraged to apply

Must be knowledgeable in sales development, revenue generation, sales engagement, incentive programs, and performance scorecards

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Must have a determined and goal-oriented attitude

Must have experience working closely and effectively with other team leaders and managers

Must be willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule

Provide sales leadership with regular coaching and mentoring across all areas in sales, performance and behavior

Identify areas for improvement through data analysis

Prepare and discuss performance evaluations and appraisals

Accomplish all daily, weekly and monthly reports and deliverables

Carry out day—to-day deliverables as designated by the senior manager

Develop strategies for selling of products and designing tactics through which maximum revenue can be earned

Create training materials and facilitate refresher courses

Assists the sales manager to resolve customer complaints and issues within the sales department for smooth functioning

Ensures that both company code of conduct and discipline, and department policies are understood and adhered to by subordinates at all times

Identify direct reports that have shown potential to be part of the orgs succession plans and/or initiatives

Coaches, mentors and develops direct reports that have shown potential, in preparation to a probable move up and/or promotion

Engages direct reports to exceed position goal and targets through providing constructive feedback and provisions of rewards

Constantly conducts random audits of departmental practices to identify probable points of improvement

Performs all other tasks as required by immediate superior
