SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATE
Qualifications:
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience or internship in social media management or digital marketing
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Willing to work on a Graveyard/Night Shift.
Familiarity with Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, or Google Ads (basic level)
Good visual sense and familiarity with design tools (Canva or similar)
Basic knowledge of content creation, scheduling, and engagement
Willingness to learn social media analytics, reporting, and optimization
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Desirable
Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Familiarity with Photoshop or other design tools
Understanding of social media trends and best practices
Exposure to digital marketing fundamentals
Responsibilities:
Support the execution of social media strategies
Assist in creating and publishing content across platforms
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when needed
Help manage social media accounts
Assist in preparing basic performance reports
Support ad campaign setup and monitoring
Key Accountabilities:
Assist in creating social media calendars
Schedule and publish posts across platforms
Help set up basic Meta, Google, or YouTube Ads campaigns
Create simple graphics and content using Canva or similar tools
Monitor post performance and engagement metrics
Stay updated with current social media trends
Support the team in content planning and campaign execution
