Job Posting Details
Assist in on-boarding processes of new hires including but not limited to completing the pre-employment requirements, employee number assignment, cascading of company’s code of conduct, policies, compensation and benefits, preparation of ID, etc.
Assist in the implementation of HR Policies and procedures
Write email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms as requested by the Human Resource Supervisor, Manager and/or Senior Manager.
Assist with eLinkgagement, townhall and other activities
Working closely with Talent Acquisition regarding new hires pre-employment requirements, etc.
Ensures that office supplies, medicines, housekeeping supplies are always stocked.
Ensure that facilities are functioning properly and report any broken or malfunctioning facilities related resources.
Assist in planning, organization and coordination of work activities within the unit, with the approval of the Human Resource supervisor/manager.
Assist in responding to employee verification from former employees.
Prepares graphics for HR related tasks or announcement.
Perform Adhoc tasks that require assistance from Human Resources.
