Special Requirements:
    • Open to fresh graduates BS in Business Administration (HR major) or equivalent experience
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Organized, flexible, and detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision

    Job Posting Details

    • Assist in on-boarding processes of new hires including but not limited to completing the pre-employment requirements, employee number assignment, cascading of company’s code of conduct, policies, compensation and benefits, preparation of ID, etc.

    • Assist in the implementation of HR Policies and procedures

    • Write email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms as requested by the Human Resource Supervisor, Manager and/or Senior Manager.

    • Assist with eLinkgagement, townhall and other activities

    • Working closely with Talent Acquisition regarding new hires pre-employment requirements, etc.

    • Ensures that office supplies, medicines, housekeeping supplies are always stocked. 

    • Ensure that facilities are functioning properly and report any broken or malfunctioning facilities related resources.

    • Assist in planning, organization and coordination of work activities within the unit, with the approval of the Human Resource supervisor/manager.

    • Assist in responding to employee verification from former employees.

    • Prepares graphics for HR related tasks or announcement.

    • Perform Adhoc tasks that require assistance from Human Resources.
