Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement succession planning initiatives for the Training Team to ensure leadership continuity and organizational readiness
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs to enhance trainer effectiveness, facilitation skills, and instructional delivery standards
  • Create, manage, and oversee the annual Sales Classroom Training Calendar aligned with operational and business objectives.
  • Provide continuous training and developmental support to Sales Leaders, Sales Supervisors, and Development Coaches.
  • Facilitate and manage New Hire Training programs, including Foundations Training, Classroom Training, and Nesting Programs to ensure successful onboarding and operational readiness.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present weekly and monthly business and training performance reports to support data-driven decision-making and operational improvements.

    Tasks and Responsibilities: 
  • Facilitate and manage corporate training programs as required by business and operational needs
  • Handle New Hire Training programs, including Foundations Training, Product Training, and Nesting Phase, to ensure successful onboarding and operational readiness
  • Develop and create training modules, instructional materials, and job aids to support effective training delivery and knowledge retention
  • Attend training meetings and promptly respond to emails and phone communications to ensure all training-related information is properly documented, updated, and communicated
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure training content, processes, and operational information remain accurate and up to date
  • Prepare and generate reports for Weekly Board Reviews, Strategic Plan Updates, Attendance Monitoring, Sales Performance Tracking, and other business requirements
  • Report directly to the Senior Training Supervisor and actively participate in coaching sessions and performance evaluations for continuous professional development
  • Coach and mentor Training Leaders to enhance facilitation skills, leadership effectiveness, and training performance
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and collaborate closely with Sales Team Leaders (STLs) to identify and address training and performance gaps
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training curricula by gathering observations, feedback, survey results, performance data, and insights from trainees, Sales Leaders, and newly endorsed employees
  • Conduct performance reviews for Sales Training Leaders and SRF trainees to ensure training standards, readiness, and performance expectations are consistently achieve
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in the full Training and Development Cycle, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training Design, Training Implementation, and Training Evaluation.
