- Strong Persuasive Communication, Target-Driven Mindset, Upselling & Cross-selling Ability, Lead Qualification Skills
- Willing to work on a night/graveyard shift.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Currently enrolled in an Information Technology–related course
Familiar with Ahrefs and other link building tools.
Willing to work on a night shift
Experienced in link building is an edge
A quick and accurate communicator, including email, text, etc.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications.
Good for both verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with WordPress, HTML, and CSS.
Must be thorough and detail-oriented.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Training Supervisor or in a related leadership role within Training and Development
- Willing and capable of working flexible schedules and extended hours when necessary to meet business demands and operational requirements
- Demonstrates and models exemplary leadership behaviors aligned with the company’s values, culture, and professional standards
6mos - 1 year
- At least Senior High School Graduate or equivalent
- Experience of one year or less as a Sales Trainer or Team Leader in a BPO setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capable of working flexible and/or longer hours when required due to business exigencies
