• Proficient in the use of various Microsoft applications like EXCEL and WORD

• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance concepts and methodologies

• Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills

• Proficient in both oral and written communication

Essential

· College level

· Familiar with Ahrefs and other link building tools.

· Experienced in link building is an edge

· A quick and accurate communicator, including email, text, etc.

· Advanced proficiency with Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications.

· Good for both verbal and written communication skills.

· Familiar with WordPress, HTML, and CSS.

· Must be thorough and detail oriented.

Desirable

· Familiar with Ahrefs and other link building tools.

· Familiar with WordPress, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience using major social media platforms in both professional and personal contexts
• Solid understanding of organic marketing strategies, including content planning, analytics, reporting, and channel optimization
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Ads

• Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service or Technical Support in a BPO setup
• Strong Persuasive Communication, Target-Driven Mindset, Upselling & Cross-selling Ability, Lead Qualification Skills
• Willing to work on a night/graveyard shift.
